Last month we have had little 3 incidents in our company which concerned fellow employees. It is normal that in such group of people strange things happen quite often, but let me start from the beginning. First guy was a newbie, just 2 months of experience. Do you want to know what happened to him? He was fired, because his desk was in a constant mess. Old pizzas, mouldy sandwiches and a sticky desk, full of crumbs. He was reminded 3 times but this time it was too much. Our team leader was hopeless, so the guy was dismissed. Another history is with the lady who was doing her work perfectly bus she was extremely sweating and smelling at the same time. When we had a few guests in our office and she smelled like a dirty pig. She was fired 2 days later. The last guy was the best. He was caught red handed on sex chat during the work. My manager was pissed of, as he broke all the regulations in our office. There was also disciplinary action taken against him. The funniest thing was that justification of the dismission was sex chat. I cannot believe why people do thing like that. You have to respect your job, thanks to it you earn money. Do not forget that it is not a playground where you can do whatever you want. There are rules which have to be obeyed. As simple as that.
